Love Notes from God

Love Notes

This past Easter Sunday, Pastor Solomon Jones, his wife Audrey and many members of the congregations shared love notes with the local community. Hand made signs with quotes and various phrases were held as they walked the neighborhood and greeted passersby.

"We wanted to celebrate the Holy weekend (Good Friday and Easter) by doing something special. We decided to stand-up for God by doing something we would not normally do," explains Pastor Jones.

Our Mission

Pastor and Mrs. JonesWelcome to The House of Compassion Church. We are a nondenominational church with a compassionate heart, dedicated to sharing the love of Christ through evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, and worship.

Our intent is to preach the gospel that will heal the brokenhearted, bring deliverance to those in bondage, recover sight to the blind, and liberate them that are oppressed. As referenced in the book of Luke, chapter 4, We shall declare the acceptable year of the Lord.

This is our mission at The House of Compassion.

The goals & objectives are the desire of the ministry that each individual would apply these to their personal Christian walk. Once applied to our personal lives, this will translate to a loving church prepared to build the kingdom of God!

  • To have boldness to walk by faith and not by sight. (2 Cor 5:7)
  • To be a blessing to others; not always looking for a blessing but to walk the earth being a blessing to others. (2 Cor 9:7, 1 Cor 13:3)
  • To hear the word and apply the word to your life. (Rom 10:17, Mat 4:4).
  • To be a witness for Christ. (Luke 4:18, Mark 16: 15-18).
